HOUSE RULES


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

- Arrival is after 15.00 except with prior notice at another time agreed with the owner

- The owner registers the guests on the basis of an identity document

- Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. Visits must be notified to the owner

- When taking over the apartment with the owner, check the equipment and inventory listed in the list of equipment and inventory

- On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 am

- When leaving, check all the rooms in case of forgotten things


TOURIST TAX

- Tourist tax is € 2.5 per adult per day and € 1.25 for children from 7 to 18 years of age


COMPLAINTS

The guest must complain about irregularities or deficiencies on the spot to the owner of the accommodation on the same day when he finds out about the irregularity. In the event that, according to the content, the complaint could be resolved on the spot (ex. lack of cleanliness, equipment, location,…), and the guest did not inform the above persons about the irregularities, it is considered that the guest agreed with the service. The guest can file a written complaint no later than eight days after the end of the stay. Complaints must be substantiated, with appropriate evidence or a certificate sent to the address of the owner of the accommodation.


GENERAL

- Guests will receive keys upon check-in, which will be returned upon departure

- Please be careful when opening the gate in the yard. The latter is equipped with a motorized drive and opens on arrival with a key, and on departure with a switch on the wall next to the door, it closes automatically after 5 seconds. It is strictly forbidden to move or stay in the immediate vicinity during the operation of the gate

- Please always close the main front door in the evening. Windows and doors must be closed each time you leave the apartment. Turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, stove) and turn off the water

- It is strictly forbidden to move furniture in the apartments

- When cooling and heating the apartment is switched on, all windows and doors must be closed

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and other interiors

- The use of a grill or grill plate is strictly prohibited for safety reasons

- Overnight stays of guests who are not registered and have not paid for their stay are prohibited. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional night

- Please do not waste hot water unnecessarily and do not throw away the towels after the first use

- Each bathroom is equipped with a hot water switch which you can use only in an emergency

- Please do not damage or take away inventory. It is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior

- The guest is liable for damage caused by his fault or the fault of those for whom he is responsible and those who visit him. Adriatic Bay Apartments reserves the right to charge any damage to the guest, regardless of when the damage was found

- In the event of any damage to your apartment, please notify us immediately by phone +386 64 25 77 88

- Night peace is required from 11 pm to 7 am. During this time, please do not disturb staff or other guests or. residents

- PARTIES AND EXCESSIVE NOISE WITH MUSIC ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

- Please respect other guests or. residents and treat them as you would like them to treat you

- Pets are not allowed

- Possession and use of drugs or possession of weapons is strictly prohibited! In case of non-compliance with this rule, we have the right to inform the police


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- During your stay in the apartments you are obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of the apartment

- Before leaving the apartment, please wash all the dishes behind you and put them in place

- We kindly ask you to take the trash after leaving the apartments to the designated area which is located at the beginning of the street


PERSONAL ITEMS

- Adriatic Bay Apartments does not assume any responsibility for money, jewelry, securities and other items that the guest keeps in the room, apartment or car

- Adriatic Bay Apartments is also not responsible for any damage to cars parked in the parking lot

Supervision over the observance of house rules is performed by: the owner and the manager. They have the right to check compliance with the house rules at any time, without the permission of the guests, anywhere in the premises of the Adriatic Bay Apartments.


Guests who violate house rules despite warnings will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. In doing so, they will have to pay 100% of the price of the arrangement and all costs incurred as a result of non-compliance with house rules.
